A private or custom tour is one where the tour is run exclusively for you. Whether you want a honeymoon for you and your spouse, quality time with your family, a few fun days with business partners or anything between – we are here to plan it for you. A private tour is very flexible and personal, you can do everything in your own pace and time.

Fill out the form giving us a basic idea of your timeframe, group size, travel preferences and budget. We will get back to you within one working day.
You’ll be assigned an account manager who will be in touch to work with you on creating your dream vacation. Your account manager is a New Zealand travel expert who will spend time to understand your requirements and will plan every detail for you.
Once you’re completely happy with the itinerary, simply confirm, then secure your dream trip with a 20% deposit. Upon receiving your deposit, we’ll make all the arrangements and book your accommodation, vehicle, guide and activities. Final payment is due two months prior to the tour start date, which means that if you’re travelling within two months of booking, full payment is needed to confirm.
A month or so before you depart, we’ll email you any relevant documents as well as a list of any things you need to do from your end or any specific gear you should pack.
Your account manager will discuss with you whether you need to apply for a visa to enter New Zealand. Please have a read of this NZ visa information sheet we have prepared.
Your account manager will keep in contact with your tour guide and will be on hand to organise any changes to your itinerary should anything unexpected occur (such as bad weather). Now that all the research, planning and organisation has been done, all you have to do is focus on having the New Zealand trip of a lifetime – and take lots of photos!
